If there isn’t an option to pay by credit card, please contact us. Generally, this means Jo and Natalie will need to make a small adjustment to their PayPal account.
If you’ve entered your credit card details, but your payment isn’t accepted, there may be a number of reasons for this. It doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s a problem with your card, or that PayPal believe you have insufficient funds.
More often than not, it’s because there’s already a PayPal account that matches either the email address you have entered, or the card number you’ve used. If you already have a PayPal account (even one you haven’t used in many years) that matches either your email address or card number, PayPal will insist that you log in to pay through your account. Typically, if you have an alternative email address that you can use, trying your payment again with this different address will work. You won’t need to cancel or amend the reservation you’ve made on Jo and Natalie’s registry.
However, gifts being sent to or from certain countries can present problems, and card payments may not always be available on that basis. Please contact us if you think this may be the case.
Your gift reservation on Jo and Natalie’s registry won’t expire, and you don’t have to pay immediately. When you reserve a gift, we send you a confirmation email. This email contains a link back to the site that you can use to pay.
We do not handle the financial transaction between you and Jo and Natalie ourselves. Payment for your gifts always goes directly to Jo and Natalie.
Please contact us if you would like us to get in touch with Jo and Natalie on your behalf to find out if there’s an alternative method of payment you could use (for example, making a transfer of funds into their bank account).
