Victoria and Paul have set up their gift list so that gifts can be paid directly into their own PayPal account, or into their bank account using a one-off Direct Debit. More information on how to pay online.
PayPal is used by more than 85 million people worldwide to handle online transactions. Any gifts paid into Victoria and Paul’s account are available to them immediately.
Direct Debit payments are made directly into Victoria and Paul’s bank account using a service called GoCardless.
GoCardless is an Authorised Payment Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. GoCardless process more than $10bn in transactions a year.
You have cast-iron protection from fraudulent charges when making a Direct Debit payment. Under the Direct Debit Guarantee, you can get an immediate, no-questions-asked refund of any payment collected from your account, at any time. Although we can usually monitor the status of gift payments, Our Dream Honeymoon cannot access these funds or obtain the details of your credit card or bank account.
